Difference Between Psychotic and Psychopath
People that are classified as psychotic are incredibly different from persons that are
labeled as psychopaths. Persons classified as psychotic possess an illness that is in the
category for the most serious varieties of mental illnesses. These disorders include
schitzophrenia and manic depression. These ailments are the effect of a chemical
imbalance in the brain that triggers delusions, halucinations, and apathy.
Schitzophrenia can be within three varieties: paranoid, catatonic, and
undifferentiated. People who have manic depression have entire changes in
personality. The changes are entire opposites which explains why the disease can be
referred to as bi-polar disease. Both these diseases are treatable but, could be
dangerous if indeed they go untreated.
Psychopaths however do not have an illness. Their problem originates from
abuse which will not cause conditions in the group of psychotic. The persons that
are labeled as psychopaths own a flaw within their figure. The flaw is they are
